Extra-curricular activities
Art Class
Art is an essential component of your child's early childhood education. At BBLA, each child gets to participate in Art classes with Ms. Brandea. Our Art classes are intentional, allowing students to express their feelings, ideas, and be creative at a young age. Art fosters high level thinking, problem solving, and is rich in vocabulary. Through art, students acquire and develop abilities in all areas of learning (language, literacy, numeracy, fine motor, gross motor, and social skills).
Spanish Class
¡Hola! Our weekly Spanish sessions introduce students to the
basics of the Spanish language in fun, age-appropriate ways. Through songs,
games, and repetition, children build early bilingual skills and a love for language
learning.
Soccer Shots Club (PreK)
Soccer Shots is more than just soccer! This nationally
recognized program focuses on building character and teamwork through
energetic, skill-based play. Led by trained coaches, our PreK students develop
coordination, confidence, and have a blast on “Soccer Island.”

6 weeks - 12 months
Infant Program
Babies are curious and develop at a remarkable pace from the time they are born into the world. Our teachers guide them through their journey through play, exploring their environment and helping them reach those important early milestones. This classroom is designed to provide a safe environment so they can experience the world with all their senses.
13 months - 28 months
Toddler Program
Toddlers are on the move constantly, becoming more independent, and verbal. With this age group our educators are providing more hands-on learning opportunities to build listening, problem solving, and social skills.
2 - 5 years
PreK Program
Our pre-kindergarten classes focus on kindergarten readiness. The teachers work with the student and parent(s) to make sure each student is prepared for what is ahead with kindergarten which includes social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral skills ready for a kindergarten classroom. Our teachers use the Abeka curriculum along with TN benchmarks and continually assess students developmentally to ensure they start kindergarten overly prepared.
